When Trustpair returns an unfavorable or unconfirmed result, your team can now start an investigation by openning a case, document the decision, and record a manual override — all without leaving your ERP, TMS, or custom integration.
The full investigation lifecycle is exposed via API: create a case, add comments, attach a decision, and close it. This closes the loop between fraud detection and operational response, directly inside your workflow.

When a vendor evaluation requires further investigation, Case Management helps you gather evidence, collaborate, and reach a payment decision. This collection covers opening investigations, verification steps, override requests, and checklist configuration.
The Override workflow lets you manually set a vendor pair's evaluation status to Favorable or Unfavorable after completing your investigation into bank account ownership.
